how are we different?

Adeptise isn't like traditional design agencies.

We don't employ expensive account executives to "manage the relationship" and act as an interface (or barrier?) between the people at your end and ours who actually do the work. From the very start, you'll be dealing directly with the Adeptise designer who will be working on your job, so you can discuss ideas and progress as the job proceeds. If you opt for any of our other services, once again you'll deal directly with the experienced specialist who'll be doing the work for you - our Web developer, copywriter, direct mail coordinator etc.

We don't spend hours travelling to meetings with you - time that other agencies expect you to pay for! In today's wired world, it's easy to communicate by telephone and email, and to transfer documents electronically. If we need a face-to-face meeting, that's easy to set up remotely over the Internet. Of course if you want us to come and see you, or you want to visit us, that's fine - we'd be delighted. But as a general rule, we don't believe in spending time - and your money - unnecessarily.

We don't try to tie you into a long-term contract, or get you to agree to pay us a monthly retainer. Just tell us what job you need doing and we'll quote you a price for that. We think you'll be pleased with the work we do for you, and keep coming back to us for more; but we won't ask you to commit yourself in advance. We're happy to bet our future success on the quality and effectiveness of our work.
