how does our service work?

When you need some really effective marketing design, call Adeptise! You'll speak directly to one of our graphic design team (no receptionists, no middlemen, no annoying menus to waste time navigating through - if you call out of office hours, or if all of our design team are engaged, just leave a simple voicemail message and we'll call you back).

They'll get engaged with your job straight away, and ask you a few necessary questions to base their quote on. It goes something like this...

What do you need designed?

• A printed piece - e.g. brochure, catalogue, newsletter, magazine, advertisement, direct mailer, stationery etc
• A Web page or pages
• An electronic document (PDF)

What do you want to achieve? For example,

• Visibility in the marketplace
• A showcase for your products
• Branding for your company
• Direct sales
• Information provision

When do you need it?

• What's your deadline?
• Do you have a corporate style? If so, when can you let us have examples and graphic files? If not, do you want us to develop one?
• When can you let us have the content, working brief, illustrations, logos and other material you want us to work with? Or do you need our help to originate or source illustrations/photographs, and/or to create written copy?

If the job is for Web design or online publication, we'll also need to ask you some technical questions about your servers and hosting software - or if you're inexperienced in this area, whether you would like to discuss our Web development, WebStore creation, Web hosting and/or Web/email marketing services.

If the job is for "flat graphics" (i.e. print design), we'll ask whether you would like us to help arrange printing and/or mailing services.

After we've established your needs, the process is a simple one:

• We provide a quotation and schedule
• If you accept, we ask you to sign an agreement and purchase order
• We provide some rough draft designs for you to choose from
• Then we proceed to develop your choice to full artwork
• We submit the completed design for you to check, make any amendments and sign off
• We deliver final, finished artwork
